Message	I think you might have other problems making that kind of power on t28/25's....I have the same "POS T28/25's" as you... and on 14.5psi and pump gas(93oct), no tuning...I made 310rwhp @ 4200rpm, 355rwhp @ 4700rpm, 370rwhp @ 5100 rpm and 360rwhp @ 5400rpm....peak HP came in at ~6400rpms @ 390.4rwhp and torque peaked at 4500rpms with 405rwtq. I'm tired of people putting down certain turbos because someone makes a claim and might have issues other than the turbos....especially when damn near every "big name" tuner's stage 1 turbo is infact nothing other than a T28/25.
